The State Eligibility Test (SET) is conducted for the Union Territories (UTs) of Jammu & Kashmir (JKSET) and Ladakh (LASET). The JKSET/ LASET 2023 is organized for a total of 39 subjects at three centers – Jammu, Srinagar, and Leh. The JKSET/ LASET exam is held to determine the eligibility of a candidate for the Assistant Professor post in the universities and colleges of J&K and Ladakh.
JKSET Admit Card 2023
The minimum marks to be obtained in the JKSET exam for considering a candidate for eligibility for the Assistant Professor post are:
- At least 40% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for Unreserved/ EWS-General category candidates
- At least 35% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for all candidates belonging to the other reserved category
